This workshop has participants prepare and share one success/accomplishment story, a series of self-assessment exercises and has them leave with a Summary Sheet that provides them with words/terms that they can use to develop their job search marketing material.

Managing Your Canadian Work Search

Provides clients with an understanding of how job search differs from the methods used in their home countries. It explains how employers search and choose candidates. The workshop encourages participants to adopt a project management approach to job search and explains how they can use the odds to their advantage. It shows them how to use various job search methods effectively and puts an emphasis on developing a Professional Self-Introduction Statement (30 Second Summary) and  networking as a reciprocal and life- long skill.

Winning Interview Skills Canadian Style

Includes interactive exercises that highlight the Do’s and Don’ts before, during and after the interview, and provides tips and practice on non-verbal communication and rapport building.

The Shy Can Fly High

Provides participants with an awareness of their level of shyness, how shyness differs from introversion, benefits and losses to their lives and natural gifts and distinctions that empower. Through tips and conversation, it teaches participants how to make contact and build rapport with new people in a social or business setting.

Swing Through the Political Jungle

This workshop helps participants improve their chances of  being successful at their next job. Attendees will learn their political workstyle, how to manage their emotional triggers, how to assess the company political landscape, how to improve their profile within the organization and gain influence for their team and tips on how to deal more effectively with a difficult work relationship.
