Hello. My name is Joel and I will be making the top floor of my bungalow in Vancouver available for a 3 month rental; beginning this January 1st to March 31st 2012.

The top floor is 600sq. feet and furnished; television, wifi, sofa, table, full kitchen, full bathroom, 1 bedroom and back deck.

Utilities will be included and asking $1200/month.
