Weekly Lunch at Temple Sholom

Every Tuesday, JFSA coordinates a kosher three-course lunch followed by an educational or cultural program. Cost: $10 (subsidies available).

Maple Crest Congregate Meal

JFSA coordinates a three-course congregate meal for residents of Maple Crest and their guests the last Tuesday of every month. Cost: $5.

Community Kitchen

JFSA coordinates a community lunch the third Thursday of every month at Chabad in Richmond. Lunch programming is in Russian but English speakers are welcome. Cost: $3-4 (depending on the menu).

Kosher Meals on Wheels

Volunteers deliver Glatt Kosher meals to clients every two weeks. Each meal consists of soup, bread, entrée, vegetable and dessert. Orders are taken Monday through Wednesday. Meals are delivered frozen each every second Thursday. Cost: $11.50 per meal (please note that those eligible for D.V.A. benefits will receive a subsidy).

Volunteer Services

Our volunteers provide a variety of services and support to seniors including: accompaniment to appointments, friendly visiting, and shopping assistance.
