At JFSA, we understand that transition and all its accompanying needs. JFSA has developed a comprehensive Continuum of Care that meets the needs of seniors and families at all stages of the aging journey.
Our Continuum of Care provides seniors and their families a range of services from information and referrals to community resources, professional assessment, Care Management, financial aid, medical equipment loans, professional Home Support, and counselling services. Many services are provided on a sliding fee scale. Our experienced social workers also work with adult children and other caregivers.
