Our Employment program facilitates the integration of skilled professionals into the workforce. The employer receives recruitment services free of charge which include:
- pre-screening of potential candidates
- providing regular follow up to ensure referrals are on target
- on the job support during the probation period
Our highly skilled participants are pre-screened and are job ready in the following areas: Engineering, Information Technology, Administration, Customer Service, Sales, Health Care, Accounting, Early Childhood Education, Movie and Music Industry, Writing /Journalism, Skilled and General Labour.
We have a number of federally and provincially funded partners with whom we work closely. These programs provide financial assistance to international professionals toward skills upgrading and credential evaluation.
